Shipping Policy
When will I receive my order?
We ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail. In most cases, orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days for orders to get to our domestic customers. It takes 3-4 days for us to process your order, 1-2 days to authenticate and 3-4 days to ship to you. International delivery times vary due to customers. Once your order is authenticated, we ship them out to you with a link to track your package.
Does Bi-Us ship internationally?
We currently ship anywhere in the United States (including Guam and military bases) and anywhere outside the United States for an extra shipping fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. If your item has been worn or used then returns are not available.

All refunds are refunded on the credit/debit card used for the purchases.

Returns and Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after delivery of products with a receipt. We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Send us an email including your order ID at admin@bi-us.com

Indicate the products, you wish to return or exchange from your order.

Once your email is received, you will receive a prepaid shipping label by email within 1-2 business days.

Send all items back to us using the label provided.
